Timeless twine is INCREDIBLE in my book. It's nice and sturdy, it doesn't unwind like so many other twines out there and the color selection they offer is superb!!! Today I am using my new favorite color combo...Yellow, Gray and White.
I started by stamping my stamp in Hero Arts black ink twice on Neenah Solar White Paper, I numbered the petals on the cardstock and on the stamp so I would know where each petal went. I carefully cut out each flower and then I cut apart one of the flowers and wrapped all the petals in the Timeless Twine. I used Fabri-Tac glue to glue the cut, wrapped petals back into place.
I also used a leaf stamp from Hero Arts and wrapped that in a dark green floss. I glued those to the back of the flower, put the flower on pop dots and attached the the card that I had stamped with Soft Stone in the Lotus Background.
I trimmed down some My Minds Eye paper, used a Martha Stewart border punch and a couple of strips of Gray Bazzill, stamped my sentiment and it was all done. Very simple to do.
Here is a closer look at all that delicious twine. Now head on over to A Blog Named Hero to see what the other girls have done. I promise you won't be disappointed!
Until later....cheers!
