Watercolor Neon

Yes you read that right....Watercolor Neon. I didn't know if it would work. I had had this idea in my head since I saw the stamp. I just had to try it. I am pretty happy with the results. I misted the neon inks with Perfect Pearls before I stamped them and I loved the effect. I love the bold neon against the muted background.

The flowers in the corner are another from the set with the butterfly. I added a little bit of white gel pen to give them some dimension.

Beautiful tulips

Hey everyone, here is the other card I made for this month's Hero Arts Challenge. This time I just went with the colors and a Spring vibe for a sympathy card (yes, I am still making them!). I have had so many sympathy cards to make I had to break them up and make them more cheerful.



I stamped with Frost White ink on watercolor paper and then embossed with Hero Arts White Embossing powder. I truly feel this is the whitest white embossing powder out there. I then used Distress inks in a rainbow format using this months colors. Added a big spritz of Perfect Pearls

a ribbon and called it a day.
