Hello There with Timeless Twine

Hey everyone this month over at A Blog Named Hero we are celebrating our first birthday!!!  WOO HOO!!! In honor of that there will be no challenges this month...just lots of eye candy to be inspired by. We have teamed up with some AMAZING companies!!!  This week the girls at ABNH have teamed up with Timeless Twine!

Timeless twine is INCREDIBLE in my book. It's nice and sturdy, it doesn't unwind like so many other twines out there and the color selection they offer is superb!!!  Today I am using my new favorite color combo...Yellow, Gray and White.

I started by stamping my stamp in Hero Arts black ink twice on Neenah Solar White Paper, I numbered the petals on the cardstock and on the stamp so I would know where each petal went. I carefully cut out each flower and then I cut apart one of the flowers and wrapped all the petals in the Timeless Twine. I used Fabri-Tac glue to glue the cut, wrapped petals back into place.

I also used a leaf stamp from Hero Arts and wrapped that in a dark green floss. I glued those to the back of the flower, put the flower on pop dots and attached the the card that I had stamped with Soft Stone in the Lotus Background.

I trimmed down some My Minds Eye paper, used a Martha Stewart border punch and a couple of strips of Gray Bazzill, stamped my sentiment and it was all done. Very simple to do.
Here is a closer look at all that delicious twine.  Now head on over to A Blog Named Hero to see what the other girls have done. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Until later....cheers!
