I am late in getting this challenge done this week. I struggled with these cards. It's not that it was a white on white challenge...I loved that part. These cards are for my family. My favorite Uncle passed away last week. I am trying to get a bunch of cards out to my family. It's so hard to make cards for the loss of someone when you are hurting from that loss too. I pushed through though.
Here is the inspiration board:

Here are three that I made for the Simon Says Stamp White on White challenge:
All of these cards were cut on my Silhouette. I used a Hero Arts cut file for the titles. I used a little bit of the Hero Arts Soft Granite to edge this one. I also spritzed this one with some Perfect Pearls and then kicked myself after because it made the letters curl.
This one I added some Stickles to the leaves and used the Martha Stewart Butterfly punch with some Martha Stewart glitter. I pop dotted the leaves back into the negative space and then bent them up a bit for more dimension. I really like how this one came out.
Again I used the Hero Arts sentiment but this time I used the positive space rather than the negative. I resized a Lori Whitlock Project Life file to fit the front of my card and then used Cuttlebug butterflies and Sizzix butterflies to adorn the front.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope your Wednesday is phenomenal! ;)

White cards are so hard to do, but I love these! The textures and the die cuts/negative die cuts are great ideas! So pretty!
Michelle I am so sorry for your loss, it must have been so hard creating your beautiful cards under the circumstances but I think you have done you uncle proud with them hunny.
Your cards are stunning Michelle, I especially love the negative of the rose & the pretty row of butterflies, the embossing looks so lovely on white.
Thanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp
hugs Mandy xx
