CAS-ual Friday and ABNH Mash-up

Hey everyone. It's a new challenge week over at A Blog Named Hero. The theme this week is shaped cards and we are also mashing up with CAS-ual Friday this month. I had so much fun playing with these products.

Here's a little about CAS-ual Fridays:

CAS-ual Friday's--Founded in 2012, we are a small company with big ideas located in beautiful Colorado. CAS-ual Fridays Stamps are made of the finest clear photopolymer available, and proudly made in the Heartland of America.

My designs are based on my love for Clean And Simple design, hence the CAS in our name, but will delight any stamper's style. Whether you are a CAS enthusiast, or lover of all things layer-licious, you will have a blast getting inky with them.

Here is my shaped card.  I LOVE that Boom Shocka Locka title from the KA-Boom set. I wanted to do something very different for me and when I saw this shape in the Silhouette store I just HAD to use it.

I cut the shape and then I used the Dot flower pattern with the Hero Arts Punch Chalk ink to give it a subtle pattern.  Here is a closer look:

It's hard to see but it is there.

I also used a small stamp from CAS-ual Fridays Christmas Carols to do some tone on tone stamping on the cup portion.
