Really quick and easy card. I stamped the Hero Arts Birthday words in clear and embossed in them in White for the background. I covered scrap paper in Washi tape and then cut out the Hero Arts cupcake and candle . Added a strip of Washi's along another scrap piece of paper. I curled thin pieces of cardstock around a pencil to create the streamers and added some Basic Grey Chipboard letter. Easy Peasy!
