Simon Says March Kit

Happy Monday everyone! Today's card was created using the new Card Kits from Simon Says Stamp. I just LOVE these kits!!! I get so excited to know that they are coming every month. They are designed by Kristina Werner and that girl just has the card making gene built in. She's FAB! If you have not checked out these kits you MUST! It's a lot of product for a GREAT price!!! You can buy them singly...month to month (but the sell out really fast) or you can get the monthly subscription. I believe it's cheaper to do the subscription...but don't quote me on that! ;) Everything is linked below for you to find it easier.

live your dreams march 2011

This March kit was beyond Ah-mazing! I love, love, love My Mind's Eye and I used just about every sheet of this paper in many different projects and then went and bought the 12x12 sheets! It's just good versatile stuff!

I started by trimming off the edge of my card, I wanted to do something different. I cut about an inch and a half, added 3 1/2 in strips of paper to the piece I cut off then I attached it all back to the card. It's a good way to make this overhang on the edge with out having to go to the next sized envelope. I covered the front with some of the papers, stamped the clouds with the stamp from the kits and pop dotted them, cut out some kites from scraps and added some twine. I used the sticker sheet to create my title. It was so simple, so fast and everything was in one little box. Love that!

Ok, I am off for the next couple of days. I am finishing up my submission to the city for my store. Please say a prayer for me. I have so much to do and so little time. I want this store sooooo badly!

Enjoy your week. I will be back soon!

HUGS!
