Cards for Heros Blog hop!

Hi and welcome to Page Master Designs! Today is BLOGHOP DAY and from the look of things it's going to prove to be a very inspirational weekend. If you wound up here on my blog before any of the others please click HERE so you can start from the beginning at the Cards for Heros website!

I would like to give a shout out to Fabre, Sandy and Kris they have set this all into motion! What amazing, inspiring women they are. Take a peek around their site....there is so much goodness to see.

I first learned about this organization through they uber talented Jen McGuire. I made some cards this past Christmas for them. It was such a great feeling to be part of something so big. When the opportunity came to be part of the blog hop I just couldn't say no.

So here are the cards I made. I did 3 as I had all 3 in my head and couldn't decide what to do.

Materials: Hero arts star stamps (CL318), buttons, floss cardstock, transparency. I made a little shaker out of the heart. Inside it says: From the bottom of my heart, for your dedication, your sacrafice and your determination.

This one I made a "spinner card" I cut 3 2 inch holes and the cut smaller circles taped together with a piece of string inside them. They spin in circles when the card it opened up. I had checked the Cards for Heros site and it said there was an immediate need for male birthday cards. I thought this would be fun! All stamps are Studio G, PP: Scenic Route

credit needs to be given to PageMaps for this design. I saw it on the site and fell in love with it. It had been on my desk for ages and I couldn't find an occasion to use it on.

Supplies used: Technique Tuesday (diamond tiles), Stamps: Prima (grid), Hero Arts (star word, crown, wishes sentiment), stampotique (definition), Heidi Swapp (flourish), Glitter mist (tattered angels).

Ok so here's what you have to do. Leave a comment. I will have a give-a-way for you by the end of today. I will post it later (I am so late for my nephews birthday party). I PROMISE it will be worth the wait.

Now you need to click on over to Wandering Star! Susan has some unbelievable talent and I had the pleasure of surfing her blog in the wee hours this morning.

Have a great day and thank you for stopping by Page Master Designs Online! :)

***NOTE: I am having a heck of a time getting up the photos for the RAK and my CFH blinkies. They just don't want to work. Keep the comments coming....the RAK includes some Hampton Arts Stamps (this changed from hero to hampton...my mistake sorry....but you will love them, some pretty colorful flowers and some rub-ons! Enjoy the rest of the HOP!***

***Comments will be closed at 11:59 pm tonight. To qualify for the drawing please leave a comment. I will draw a winner by Wednesday. Thanks! :)***

(BTW: party was great! :) )
