Fancy Tea Pahtee Time

Hello everyone, today I am sharing a layout that I created for The Memory Nest. This week we are using Basic Grey's Paper Cottage. It's a fun, bold line and I had a lot of fun playing with it. All products can be found HERE in The Memory Nest's store.



The layout is pretty straight forward. The only thing I changed were the color of the letters. They are still the Paper Cottage letters but they were a bold red and they didn't work with my page. I mixed a teal blue and a lime green together to get the color I wanted, painted them, let them set and then stamped on them with Hero Arts Friend Definition stamp in Colorbox's White frost. I let them dry overnight so they wouldn't smear.

For the word "Pahtee" I used an older set of Basic Grey stickers that were already pink but I pressed them onto Hero Art's Bubblegum Mid-tone ink to make them pop. I also stamped the Starburst lace (S5317) in white pigment ink and heat embossed it with the Hero Arts white embossing powder and then placed the letters over it.
