Today I have some really cute gift tags to share with you. I started by using the Hero Arts frame cuts to cut my tag shapes.I cut 2 per tag. I stamped them with some Hero background stamps and a sentiment. The silver ink is from the new Hero Arts "Decorate It" series from Target and it is just FABULOUS!!!
I cut the ornaments with Hero Arts digital files from Silhouette. I again used the double sided adhesive placed on my cardstock before I ran it through the Silhouette.
After it was cut I peeled back different parts of the ornaments and poured Martha Stewart glitter on the parts that I wanted, burnished with my bone folder, cut some wire for a hook, attached Stampin' Up! pop dots on the back (they release much easier) and attached them to the cards.
To adhere to two artisan Frame Cuts together I put a small score fold on the back one and then just added some adhesive.
These were fast and fun! I think they will be appreciated on gifts and then they can take the little ornament off and use it on their tree.
Are you making anything fun for the holidays? i would LOVE to see. I am all about "home made" this time of year!
