Peace, Love & Joy

Hi everyone,

I am here today to share a card that I made for the recent Hero Arts Monthly Challenge.
Peace love joy

I started with Basic Grey's Aspen Frost...can you say YUMMY?!!! I layered a few of the papers and then cut a circle out with my Coluzzle (yes, i still use this). I used some awesome embossable transparency that I picked up at my lss and stamped the Musical walk on it in Colorbox frost white and then hit is with some Hero clear embossing powder. I then used the champagne Versamark to ink the snowflakes and used a pale silver embossing powder on them.

I cut the transparency in a circle just a little bigger than the circle I cut on the card. To cover it in the back I also cut out a red circle ring so it looked all pretty on the inside.

I stamped the tree in 2 different Hero mid-tone inks on the inside and I added my sentiment. It's off a little but I'm good with it. If you wanted it to line up better you could use the Stamp-a-ma-jig. I was just too lazy to pull it out. ;)

Peace love joy inside

I took my sentiment and made it form in 1/2 circle and then stamped it on the front. Added some ribbon and some pearls for the finish.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Happy Monday!

Michelle
